How Wasitati works

Wasitati connects you with a real person who buys for you on international sites and hands the order over inside Jordan. The platform introduces you and keeps the arrangement organised; the buying, the handover and the payment are between the two of you.

1. Find an intermediary near you

On the discovery page you filter by governorate and area, by the shopping site you want to buy from (SHEIN, Temu, AliExpress and others), by rating, by verified accounts only, and by whoever delivers to the door. The map page shows who works around you.

Map positions are approximate on purpose: most intermediaries work from home, so the point is displaced by hundreds of metres before it is stored and the distance shown is rounded. You can tell who is nearby without anyone learning exactly where she lives.

Every profile carries her products and offers, her working hours, the sites she buys from, and her reviews in full, not just an average.

2. Post a request and receive offers

If nothing listed is what you want, you post a request from the app: what you are after, photos or a link to the original listing, your preferred site, a budget range, and how soon you need it — flexible, this week, or urgent.

The request goes onto the open-requests board, which is the page intermediaries open when deciding what to buy on the next trip. An intermediary replies with an offer: her price, roughly how many days it takes to arrive, and a note from her.

A request stays open for at most 14 days — or until the date you set, if that is sooner — and then expires on its own, so the board stays real demand rather than an archive.

When you accept an offer, the others are declined automatically, the request moves to "matched", and that intermediary is notified. Accepting is an agreement between the two of you; no money moves through the platform at this step.

3. The handover and the payment

You settle the details in the in-platform conversation: she buys with her own account, receives the shipment, and you agree on a time and place for the handover, or on delivery to the door if she offers it.

There is no wallet, no online payment and no financial guarantee on Wasitati — we never take payments. You pay her however the two of you agree, and paying on handover is the safest option for both sides. Your phone number is never shown to anyone: the WhatsApp button builds a link on the server without revealing it.

A public handover is safer, and the rest of the practical advice is on the safety page.

4. Trust and reviews are earned

You cannot review someone you never dealt with. Reviewing unlocks only after an accepted offer, or a real two-way conversation with messages from both sides, and a review that came from an accepted offer is shown as a verified review.

Badges are computed from real behaviour, not awarded or sold: verified when identity or a business registration is confirmed, top rated at 4.5 and above with at least ten reviews, fast reply for a median reply time of an hour or less with a reply rate of 80% or more, and trusted veteran for an account past a year with 25 completed requests.

Every badge is removed the moment the reason for it stops holding, which is the only thing that makes it mean anything. Any account or listing can be reported from its page, and reports of fraud or counterfeits always reach a human reviewer.
